We are so excited to return to Woods Tall Timbers for our church camping weekend! Just like last year, we’re steering clear of Labor Day weekend since we know many families have long-standing traditions during that time.
Choose Your Own Campsite
This year, you’ll have the opportunity to pick your own campsite on a first-come, first-served basis. Below, click on the “Sites Map” button for a map of Tall Timbers, along with a list of available sites. Once you’ve chosen your site, please sign up online using the registration option that corresponds with your type of camping—tent camping or full hook-up RV.
For those looking for alternative accommodations, there are also primitive tent sites (no electricity) and cabins available for rent. Cabin reservations must be made directly through the camp office at (330) 602-4000.
Activities at the Lake
With direct access to the lake, putt-putt, zip lines, fishing, par-3 footgolf, paddle boats, and sports courts, there’s no shortage of things to do! While we won’t have a full schedule of planned activities, we encourage you to take advantage of these amenities and enjoy quality time with other families throughout the weekend.
Saturday is Family Day!
If you’re unable to camp but would still like to join in the fun, we invite you to spend Saturday with us at Tall Timbers! Come out in the morning and enjoy a day of relaxation, activities, and connection with your church family. All amenities (except zip-lining) will be covered by the church on Saturday for both campers and day-pass guests.
In the evening, we’ll come together for a worship service followed by a carry-in dinner.
- Worship Service (6:00 PM – Pavilions 5 & 6) – A time to gather, worship, and be encouraged.
- Carry-In Dinner (6:30 PM – Pavilions) – The church will provide burgers and hot dogs, and we ask each family to bring a side dish, salad, or dessert to share. There’s plenty of outlet space for crockpots and room for coolers if you’re bringing a cold dish or drinks.
