Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, Oct. 10 and check-out is at 12:00pm. on Sunday, Oct. 12. We will be staying at Koinonia Conference Grounds located in Watsonville, CA (just 20 min from the Beach!!). Meals will include dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday; and breakfast on Sunday. Cost $285.00.

A Saturday only option is available, this will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Cost $155.00.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF $50 THROUGH APRIL 1, 2025.

A non-refundable/non-transferable payment of $75.00 is due at the time of registration.  Payment due in-full on August 15, 2025.

Due to cancellation policy, all new and current registrations after August 15, 2025 are due in-full and non-refundable. 

Housing sleeps 6-10 in each cabin, each cabin is equipped with two or more full restrooms, including showers. Beds are bunks.

This is a full access camp, easily accessible for ADA. 

What you will need to bring:

Bible.

Sleeping bag or bedding, and pillow.

Towels, toiletries.

Warm clothes for the evenings since it can be a little cool.

Spending cash for the specialty coffee and gift Shop.

Extension cord for CPAP machine if needed.

Don't forget to add your retreat t-shirt to your registration! Design will be released at a later time.
