Women in Stitches- women coming together for fellowship, encouragement, and to learn new stitching skills. We want to be a ministry and be open to God's leading for where we are needed. We meet the first and third Thursday each month in the Christian Life Center with a day group starting at 9:30am. We are willing to teach you crocheting, knitting or sewing. So far this group is making and donating prayer shawls, prayer pockets, baby blankets, baby caps, and hug rugs to name a few. Many, many items are going out to our homebound, those in the hospitals and new little blessing to families. You are invited to join this group at any time we are blessed with new beginners - vary advanced. Everyone has a PLACE and NEED! Come be a part of an amazing ministry that uses sewing skills to bless those who need extra grace and assurance they are not forgotten, like the homeless, premature babies, homebound and elderly persons and so much more. No experience or knowledge required!
