We all have a past. Either we live in it or build on it. If we let the enemy keep reminding us of our transgressions, we will miss the transformation God has planned! The difference could be bitter instead of better.
Philippians 3:13-14 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
Eps 18 AfterWord: If Only You Knew
Lulu Algarin, Rachel Allman, and Kyrus Whitehurst
If we knew what God had in store for us we would not fight His plan so vigorously. The enemy can’t undue what God has already done! He doesn’t have the understanding, power, or authority! So don’t fret over the attacks of the enemy and what people say. God’s word on your life will overcome them all.
Ecclesiastes 7:13 Consider what God has done: Who can straighten what he has made crooked?
Stop crying about your past! Like Joshua, it’s a new season and time for you to crossover the Jordan into what God has promised! Don't let your past stand in the way of your future. God sent his son Jesus to die knowing all of our short comings, and He still came anyway. Jesus was prepared and positioned to die for you knowing all of you sins and still chose the sacrifice of the Cross-over His own life for you and me.
