The Neighbor to Neighbor board met last week and heard from Deacon Lidixe about a wonderful conference that she attended in Detroit earlier this month regarding this matter. This conference helped those in attendance know what can be done to support our neighbors who live in daily fear. That is why we would like to invite you to attend an event to learn what we can do as churches in a very practical and real way to protect those who fear deportation. This training event will be held on Monday, January 6 from 9-1:30 at Luther Park Bible Camp. There will be no financial cost for this training. Following lunch, join us for a text study that can take what we’ve learned in the morning and apply it to our Sunday texts!
