An opportunity to grow in understanding of the difficult challenges some members of our church, and the community we serve, may be experiencing. Being aware of the complexity of the backgrounds and needs of those impacted is key to responding well and offering compassionate support.

An overview of the prevalence and long term impacts of past abuse, substance misuse, domestic violence, exploitation, homelessness and mental health challenges in our community

How to come alongside and support those who are struggling in a trauma-informed way
