Good Friday is the Friday of Holy Week, the day of the crucifixion of Christ where on the cross he pays for our sins. He dies the death we should have died even though he lived the life we should have lived; one of pure innocence and obedience to his Father. Christians have observed Good Friday for centuries as a vivid reminder of Christ’s sacrifice for sins as the center of all human history and all our lives.
