This "soul flow" session is for students of all levels. Soul flow refers to the care taken to ensure each student's health and wellbeing are the focus. Each session emphasizes teaching students proper breathing techniques, pose modifications (including use of yoga props), and having fun while doing yoga.

All participants 12-18 require parent or guardian attendance
