SoulCare consists of doing things for yourself that allow you to improve your spiritual health as well as your body's health.
Power Yoga is any of several forms of energetic vinyasa-style yoga. Typically, it is fast-paced and focuses on building strength, endurance, and burning calories. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace as they grow to appreciate and celebrate the movement of their brilliant bodies and increase their strength.
Ages 12+
All participants 12-18 require parent or guardian attendance
