Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that involves long holds in seated and reclined positions to target your deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints). The slower pace allows one to focus on breathing and calming the mind. This meditative form of yoga is great for beginners and postures are held for 3-5 minutes, and sometimes as much as 10 minutes. The slow flow helps to restore your body, improve your flexibility, and help relieve pain.

All participants 12-18 require parent or guardian attendance

Yoga block

Yoga mat

Yoga bolster (optional but highly recommended)
