PABC offers an information session by the Financial Planning Ministry (FPM) on Estate Planning on May 4th at 9:15 AM in the Fruit Tree Café. FPM is an organization dedicated to supporting the local church and equipping families for this purpose. Not only is the information session valuable, but FPM will also prepare the following documents for you and your family if you are so inclined:

·                 Living Trusts

·                 Pour over Will 

·                 Guardianship Documents

·                 Financial Power of Attorney

·                 Healthcare Directive

FPM will also discuss topics such as Probate (and how to avoid it) and setting up Guardianships (i.e., who will take care of your kids) if something happens to both parents, so the State doesn’t decide that for you. This will be the fourth time in the past few years that PABC has partnered with FPM. A few hundred of our PABC families have attended these information sessions, and many have followed up to obtain this important legal documentation.
