Come out to Astotin Lake at Elk Island National Park for a day of fun! You can bring your bikes, inflatable watercrafts, rent a canoe or kayak, enjoy a fire, and so much more! This is a free day, no expectation about when to arrive or leave. There are some activities we plan to do together:

- Bike ride from Astotin Lake Parking Lot (later morning).

- Hot dog roast (approx. 2:00 pm) by Astotin Lake parking lot. Then a swim, and for those interested there will be a kayak to and around the island until 6:00 pm. Note: Kayak rentals are available at the lake, but you can also bring your own watercraft.

- Sit around the fire and watch the sunset before packing up and leaving.
