Spring Pop Up Session 2: Poverty

What Every Church Member Should Know

March 8, 2026
11:30am - 1:00pm

Save your seat for one (or all!) of our Pop Up Sessions in March!

We'd love to have you join us as we take a 90-minute deep dive to apply Scripture to our complex modern world. This week's topic is Poverty: What Every Church Member Should Know, led by Ben Shaw and the Safe Families For Children team. If you've ever wondered....

"The need is so big—can I even make a difference?"

"How do I move from 'feeling bad' about systemic poverty to actually being helpful?"

"What is the difference between a quick fix and a long-term solution for my neighbors?"

"What does the Bible actually say about overcoming poverty?"

...then this pop-up session is for you! Come for the topic, stay for the tools, and leave equipped to live out your faith in a complex world!

HERE'S HOW TO JOIN US:

1. Select an attendee "ticket" for each adult who will attend this pop-up session - students also welcome!

2. Select a KidCare "ticket" for each child who will need childcare. Note: middle schoolers are free to hang in our BYG space if they don't want to attend the session!

3. Plan to join us for the session! While we'll provide a snack, we recommend you brown bag or door dash your lunch to prevent Hanger :)
