Bethesda will once again have a welcoming tent at the Clayton Harvest Festival, giving us an opportunity to connect with people right in the heart of our community.

Volunteers are needed to help throughout the festival! Our team will welcome visitors, start conversations, offer prayer, and look for natural opportunities to share the hope of the Gospel. This is a simple way to serve together, meet our neighbors, and help point people to Christ. 

Please select your time slot from the ticket options, and feel free to sign up for more than one slot. Please make sure that you are there on time and stay for the entirety of the hour signed up for.  You are more than welcome to come early or stay late if you so desire, we just do not want to have so many people at the tent that the community cannot get to us!

If a slot is already filled and it is the only time you are available, go ahead and add your information at the bottom to the "Other" ticket and come out when you can.
