Join Thrivera Lifestyles as they learn from Jodi Stepanek, a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor, on how meditation and mindfulness can benefit you. She will discuss the science behind how stress affects us physically and mentally as well as provide practical ways to implement mindfulness into our lives. At the end Jodi will lead a short meditation practice that you can use later on your own.
