Deep Freeze Snow Camp

Date: February 20-22, 2026, leaving Friday after school and returning Sunday afternoon
Rooted Youth Group will be attending Camp Berea Deep Freeze in Hebron, NH for snow camp this year. Berea is the umbrella ministry of Monadnock, which we've attended the past couple of years, we just wanted to change it up this year and try a new location.
Total cost: We don't have the total cost currently as we will be doing some fundraisers and your youth are working each week to earn points which are used as funds. Our goal has always been to keep costs under $100 (the $25 registration due by 12/31/25 goes towards your cost), with potential to be less.
Individual funds are earned through: attendance to youth group/events, memorizing verses, reading assigned weekly Bible reading, bringing friends to youth events, and service hours (these are not limited to church-only service such as Bible Explorers, childcare, parking attendance; but may be counted in other areas such as serving the food pantry, doing the Light Parade clean up, volunteering for Eastford rec events such as the upcoming Cookies and Cocoa, etc.)
