Please fill out this form to receive the camp code for the date your child will be attending. Please do not share camp codes with anyone else. Any parent that uses a camp code that has not submitted this form, will be responsible for the full amount of each child. After you receive the code, visit www.hiddenhaven.org to register your child. It is the responsibility of the parent to register their child online. Hidden Haven charges a late fee of $25.00 for any child not registered 2 weeks prior to the camp date attending, this fee will be the responsibility of the parent. Camp Codes will be accepted for any camp date listed, but only camp dates that are sponsored by FCC will have provided transportation to and from camp, as well as church staff/volunteers onsite.
