LIFT is an ongoing leadership development process built on a combination of personal formation and leadership training. LIFT provides a three-level certification plan, preparing leaders for ever-widening levels of ministry responsibility. The process will invite leaders to invest in the formation of their personal character, and improving in ministry leadership skills.
