ARTICLE III Executive Board Section 1. There shall be an Executive Board of the Association. This Board shall be composed of pastors and mission pastors from every church in the Association, one (1) additional member from every church who shall be elected annually by his church, Director of the Association Missions, and all elected associational officers. Section 2. The quorum of this Board shall consist of not less than twelve (12) members, which represent not less than six (6) churches. Section 3. This Board shall be responsible for all the business of the Association at other times than the stated meeting of the Association. The Board may initiate new plans and policies for carrying out the will of the Association when the need demands. It is understood that the Executive Board is the “Association Ad Interim” and that the Executive Board shall not take actions which shall not be in keeping with the actions taken at the Annual Meeting by the messengers from the churches. Section 4. The Executive Board shall prepare and make a report of its meetings and make current reports available to the churches. It also shall prepare a report of the year’s activities to present to the Annual Meeting and to be placed in the printed minutes.
