FAQs

✴️ Can I participate in the event if I have to miss part of it?

Yes! This is one complete experience, and the full benefit will be received by participating in all of the sessions; however, participants are welcome to still register even if they will need to miss part of the event. Depending on when you need to miss, we may be able to provide a discounted cost; contact Rocky to discuss making these adjustments.

✴️ Do I still need to pay if I'm not going to eat meals at the event?

The cost covers more than just meals, but we can certainly work something out with you! Just contact Rocky to discuss what adjustments can be made. We can certainly help make arrangements based on food allergies, so make sure to note that under the appropriate question on the registration form.

✴️ What are the fun activities on Saturday afternoon?

These two fun options are available so that everyone can get excited about choosing one activity to do with their friends:

1. Walking around a mall/shopping center – such as Avalon, The Collection, etc.

2. Playing sports and games – we plan to use a nearby gym facility to play

✴️ Do I have to spend the night at the sleepover location?

No, you don't; however, we certainly hope you will, since the sleepover on Friday night will be a very positive part of the experience of this weekend. All of the middle school guys will be hosted at one house, and all of the middle school girls will be hosted at another house. Anyone in high school will be able to stay overnight at GC, with designated spaces that are separate for guys and girls. Anyone who chooses not to stay can head home after the session on Friday night and join us again at GC on Saturday morning. Please make sure to communicate with Rocky and/or your Small Group Leader if you do NOT plan to stay for the Friday night sleepover.
