Uganda Kids Project
WHO | WHAT Uganda Kids Project exists to bring hope and life transformation to impoverished families and communities through Biblical discipleship, education, and healthcare. Through the life-transforming power of the Gospel, our program's mission to "RESCUE | RESTORE | REGENERATE" empowers Ugandans to lead healthy, productive lives. WHEN | WHERE UKP was established in 2012. We currently have 2 ministry operations in Central and 1 in Western Uganda. Kagala and Sonde are in central and Ishunga is in the west. There are many other areas throughout Uganda where we have ministered and identified a great need. We are praying for a greater reaching ministry throughout Uganda as the Lord leads. RESCUE: We focus on rescuing children and their families from desperation and hopelessness by meeting urgent physical needs through our various assistance programs. (Acts 11:29) RESTORE: We focus on restoring the whole family through ongoing Biblical discipleship, teaching them to lead a Christ-Centered life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17) REGENERATE: We focus on regenerating the family through education and skills training to sustain families and their communities. (Ephesians 2:19-22)
Within Reach Global
Pastor Joshua Shively, along with his wife Erika and children Elianah and Seth, have answered the call to mission work in Thailand! Josh and Erika have accepted positions as the Internship Directors for Within Reach Global. **The Shively family plans to move to Thailand in January 2024. Tenth Hour Project
Tenth Hour Project is an 8 month discipleship program for young adults. Students will spend eight months on an epic, life-changing adventure that will radically transform their future. This short season, spent in community with like-minded believers, and devoted to seeking a deep and authentic relationship with Jesus, will result in a complete change of perspective for your life's true purpose and mission. We desire that each of our students walk away from this experience with the confidence that, whether you are called to be a pastor or a plumber, God desires to use your life for His glory. We desire that no young adult should be excluded from this program because of lack of finances. Our goal is to offer scholarships and keep program expenses low to make this opportunity affordable for all. In order to do this, we rely on donations from faithful financial partners.
