Due Dates:

o   2/4/25: Approximate number of students and leaders, male and female, along with 50% deposit for your group

o   2/18/25: remaining balance due

§  If it’s easier to pay all at once, that is fine with me too. Money will be due 2/18. 

§  If it is easier to split it up, use the dates above. 

o   Please register online! You can register your whole group, or have students/leaders register themselves. Even if you plan to pay with a check, please register online!

Forms:

o   Every person attending Winter Retreat will need to fill out release forms:

- Every student will need a completed Health Information Form, and a completed Media Release/Waiver Form

- Every leader will need a completed Health Information Form

o   Main Youth Pastor/Leader: please bring a folder or binder with you containing all the forms for your group

- I apologize for the forms, it’s just the world we live in nowadays. If you have any questions, let me know. If you have any complaints, talk to Pastor Matt Burkey from the East Central South section, I stole them from him! 

Rough Outline for the Weekend (Subject to change):

o   Friday 2/28

7-8pm – Registration, check into rooms

8:30pm – Service 1

10pm – Late night activities

11pm – Curfew

o   Saturday 3/1

8am – Breakfast

9:30am – Service 2

11:00am – Small Group Discussion

12:00pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Free Time

- Basketball, Volleyball, Ping Pong tournaments

- Hiking, Gaga, Board Games, movie, etc. 

5:00pm – Dinner

6:30pm – Service 3

9:30pm – Dodgeball Tournament

11:00pm – Curfew

o   Sunday 3/2

8:00am – Breakfast

9:00am – Room check

10:00am – Service 4, Communion, testimonies, commissioning

12:00pm – Lunch

1:00pm - Goodbyes
