The HSM youth group will be traveling to Camp Illiana for a fall retreat that you won't want to miss!

You will find attached a participant form for Camp Illiana as well as a travel waiver for LWCC that are required to register for this event, along with a $70 registration fee that can be paid by cash, check, or credit. (If using credit, a $5 convenience fee has been added.)
