Abundant Life has taken intentional time, along with our community, to reflect on and honor the legacy and lifetime work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The evening will begin with a march through the community beginning and concluding at Buford Middle School, to honor the many marches led by King to peacefully stand for walking towards justice and equality for all. Following the march will be an award ceremony featuring a keynote speech delivered by community staple Sarad Davenport, and live Gospel music, Harry Bryant & the VA Boyz. To close the evening will be a fellowship dinner in the Cafeteria.
