Dream Again

We would regularly be planning for Connect Groups, however we have so many exciting ministries launching that you can be a part of and pray for. We would encourage groups to meet and use the sermon notes to discuss the sermon and build groups. Greg has chose the phrase "Dream Again" as the churches theme this year. This is because we as a church would not be in this building and have grown to this large of a church family without the dreams of the church that was many years ago who then prayed and made this dream come true! Please read and find where you would like to be connected.
The men of the church are encouraged to watch the new movie, The Forge currently streaming on Netflix. The dream is to create an Oasis Forge. The first step of this is a Bible study happening on Tuesday evenings at the church.
Another exciting ministry that we are launching is Embrace Grace. This is the first of its kind in Southern Colorado and is based from a national program. This will service ANY unwed mother that has chosen life with her baby. These young ladies we pray will not only attend the classes for this ministry, but that they will also integrate into our church where we can all pour into them. At the completion of the course we as a church will throw them a baby shower! There will be additional information on the table in the lobby this Sunday.
As Nic and Holly Ford, and their team, prepare to go to Honduras in September, they are asking for special prayers and encouragement for guidance, protection, and blessings. They will be traveling to Tela, Honduras, and will be working alongside the Pastor, Adolfo, and the Tela Christian Church. While the team is there, they will be able to connect and build relationships with the community and church members, while also assisting them to become self-sustaining.
Our Prayer request: "We ask for blessings upon Tela and the surrounding communities we will serve—that they may experience God's grace and peace in tangible ways. We ask for prayers for the well-being of the children, families, and leaders we will meet, so that they may feel the love and hope that we have to share! We ask for prayers for protection over each traveler—guide our flights, provide safe transportation, and keep us healthy and strong."
The final opportunity is for all of you to join a group of prayer buddies that will agree to pray over the ministry that you feel passionate about. The goal is for there to be a solid group of prayer over each ministry and that group agree to pray regularly for that ministry and how it can expand. Each month we would like to see that ministry covered in prayer during Colorado Prays as well. The ministries that need covered are Kidszone,
Overflow, Volunteers, Leadership, Tech and Worship, Facilities, Missions, Ministries and Expanding our Footprint.
