SPEAKER BIO: STAN PATTERSON

Stan joined the Crossroads Church staff and Impact Discipleship Ministries in the Fall of 2022. He is the Whitewater Campus Pastor in Brooks, GA, and works with the Crossroads Network of Church Planters.

Stan is married to Nancy and they have one daughter and two grandchildren.

He has been in ministry for 40 years as a pastor and church planter and has a bachelor's degree from Campbellsville University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

SPEAKER BIO: LANCE SUMNER

Lance joined the Crossroads Church staff in the Fall of 2022 and serves as the Men's Groups and Thomas Crossroads Campus Pastor.

Lance has been in ministry for over 15 years and has served in churches in a multitude of capacities. He firmly believes in walking with and beside other men to help guide their lives in the mission of making disciples. His passion is being a disciple of Christ who disciples others. Lance's life verses are Romans 12:1-2, and his deepest desire is to see the church transformed for God by equipping the church to accomplish and fulfill its mission.

Lance graduated from Luther Rice Seminary with an MA in Leadership and a Masters of Divinity. Lance and his wife, Karen, have two young children. He served honorably in the United States Army as a Biological Research Specialist.
