FAQ's

After I register, what is my next step?

Attend one of the assessment /uniform try-on days and wait for your coach to reach out following the coach meeting by mid-November.

May I request a specific practice night or a particular team for my child?

When sorting teams we have a prioritization that includes: Children of coaches, Sibling groups, ages etc. We can rarely meet specific requests for teams or nights and would encourage all students to make new friends.

May I create my own team?

Unfortunately, no. In order to keep the league as fair as possible, all teams will be selected by league coordinators based off of information gathered from the assessments.

Are the assessment/uniform try on days mandatory?

Yes, all participants are required to attend ONE uniform try on day. Basketball participants are also required to be a part of an assessment during their try on day. Once uniforms are ordered there are no returns or exchanges. Assessment and try on days are October 10th from 4-7PM (Basketball ONLY), October 21 from 4-7PM (Basketball AND Cheerleading), 1 more TBD date (Cheerleading ONLY).

When will Cheer uniform try on days be?

October 21 we will do both Basketball and Cheer uniform try ons. We will also add in 1 more opportunity later in October for Cheerleading uniform try ons. This date is TBD.

What will the Cheerleading uniforms be this year?

We are changing our Cheerleading uniforms this year. The girls will be wearing a custom T Shirt and Cheer skirt. Pom Poms will be provided before each game day.

What is the refund policy?

If for any reason you request a refund before the uniform order has been placed on Nov 1st, we will refund what you paid minus the cost of the online fee we are charged for your transaction.

If you request a refund for any reason after we place the uniform order, we will refund what you paid minus the costs of the online fees and the uniform.
