A RESET OF THE HEART

Sometimes when a human heart is out of rhythm it needs to be shocked back into rhythm. Sometimes certain foods can get the heart back in the proper rhythm. Meditation can do that too. In any case the heart needs a reset or there’s going to be discomfort and problems. The answer is to lean in to the Lord
