2. His Mind Over Our Matter
June 11, 2023 • Chris Seidman • Galatians 2:20, Romans 12:1–2, Psalm 139:14, Romans 1:20
The human body is a marvel that, when studied, has brought many to faith. Our design confesses a Designer. Then there’s the moment in history when the Designer was revealed through a human body. Jesus made the invisible God visible like never before. 3. Who's On Your List?
May 15, 2022 • Chris Seidman • Matthew 5:38–48
“Turn the other cheek. Go the second mile. No one can serve two masters. Do to others what you would have them do to you.” These are sayings that float around American culture today. Not many people realize they are all from the Sermon on the Mount. This weekend we’ll see what may be the most challenging teaching Jesus did in the Sermon on the Mount. There may be no brighter light emanating from our lives, though, than when we live by it.
1. Better Left Said

Elton John said it was the hardest word to say. The band Chicago sang about it, too. We’ll talk about what “it” is this weekend in a message that’s been brewing in Chris for a little while. You’ve probably heard it said that “some things are better left unsaid.” This weekend, Chris tells us there are some things “better left said.” But the things better left said are often the hardest to say.
