When the Israelites returned to Jerusalem after years in exile, they were met with devastation. The walls were crumbled, the gates destroyed, and the city they loved was in ruins. It would’ve been easy to feel defeated by the challenges ahead. But God had other plans. Through Nehemiah, He rallied His people to rebuild - not just the city - but their faith, their hope, and their community.

As RADIUS Church turns 21 this year, we find ourselves in the middle of fast growing South Carolina and a nation where churches are closing their doors. But instead of seeing obstacles, we see opportunity. Throughout our history, God has been preparing us for this —shaping our DNA with a passion for church planting, a commitment to making disciples, and a heart for living generously. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re not just looking back. We’re looking ahead at the incredible opportunities God has placed right in front of us.

For the next 10 weeks, we’ll unpack Nehemiah’s story and how it connects to what God is calling us to do right here and now:

- Planting Churches: For over two decades, God has used RADIUS to plant churches and create space for people to meet Jesus. Now, it’s time to keep going!

- Developing Leaders: Nehemiah didn’t rebuild the walls alone—he brought people together. What does it look like for us to step up and lead in this moment?

- Establishing Roots: Just like in Nehemiah’s day, God is calling us to open our hands and hearts to make disciples and live generously in our own communities.
