A church needs to have a vision to survive. Without vision, individuals, children, communities, churches, and societies will perish. The word "perish" here implies that people will run wild without any restraint. It means that our world has become wild, reflecting that people lack vision.
Vision is the foresight with insight based on hindsight. Without vision, lost souls, the sick, the elderly, and the incarcerated will perish. Without a vision, we will surely perish as a human race. Therefore, having a vision to guide us towards His Kingdom's future is crucial.
