"To Lead, To Serve, To Govern"

Throughout scripture, the church was never called to sit on the sidelines of society. From Joseph in Egypt to Daniel in Babylon, God has always called His people to step into places of influence—not to seek power, but to govern with righteousness, integrity, and truth.

Right now, our culture is moving fast, and the next generation is being asked to lead earlier than ever. But leadership without a foundation in God’s Word leads to compromise. The church has a vital, God-given role to raise up leaders who understand that true governance starts with self-control, extends to serving our neighbors, and reaches into the halls of public policy.

That’s why our church community is heading to the Texas Youth Summit on October 9–10, 2026.

Here is what this weekend means for every generation in our congregation:

For Teenagers: This isn't another dry lecture. You’ll hear directly from national leaders, cultural voices, and practical experts who will equip you to stand strong in your faith, defend your values at school, and lead with confidence. (Plus, tickets for youth and young adults ages 0–26 are FREE using the code GRACE.)
