LEADERS ROUND TABLE

Forming the Heart, Head, and Hands of a Leader

February 17, 2027
6:00 - 8:00pm

At YpsiFree, leadership begins on the inside. Before leadership is about what we know or what we accomplish, it is about who we are becoming in Jesus. God shapes our leadership by shaping our hearts - our character, desires, relationships, and capacity to love.

This Leaders Round Table is for everyone currently leading, serving on a ministry team, or sensing that God may be preparing them to lead. We also encourage every leader to bring an “I see in you” person—someone in whom you recognize growing character, spiritual gifts, and leadership potential.

Together, we will grow as leaders who are:

Deeply Connected to God and one another

Continuously Formed in the character of Jesus

Missionally Engaged in the places God has sent us

Our Focus: The Heart

What is happening beneath the surface of our leadership? How is God forming our character?

Are we leading from a healthy soul? What desires, fears, wounds, or habits influence the way we lead? How are prayer, Scripture, worship, and community shaping us into the likeness of Jesus?

During our time together, we will consider the health of our inner lives and continue building a personal formation plan for the heart, head, and hands. We will create space to listen to God, reflect honestly, encourage one another, and take practical steps toward becoming leaders who love well. Because the most important thing we bring to leadership is not our talent, experience, or knowledge. It is the person we are becoming in Jesus.
