FOOD FOR THOUGHT

with Bob Batt

October 15, 2026
12:15 - 1:15pm

UW Students:

Join us for our Food for Thought Lunch Series. Over lunch, hear from Christian faculty members at the University of Wisconsin–Madison about how their faith intersects with their academic work. These conversations offer a chance to learn from models of faithful Christian scholarship, ask questions, and consider how your own academic work might be part of God’s calling. These lunches will take place in the Den at Upper House. Lunch is free, but registration is required.

The speaker for this lunch is TBD.

Come hungry, bring your questions, and leave with new perspectives.

Bob Batt is the Procter & Gamble - Bascom Professor and an Associate Professor in the Department of Operations and Information Management at the Wisconsin School of Business. He also holds an affiliate appointment with the Department of Emergency Medicine in the UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health.
