Sharing the gospel and grappling at the same time, what could be better!? Come join us for an hour of open mat January 18th at 3pm and a short gospel message at Crossview in the MPR. Bring your Gi if you have one if not, there will be loners, bring water and always remember the unspoken rule...NO Shoes on the mats!

Never done BJJ no problem, doors open at 2:45, restrooms are available for changing, we will have a special instructor working to assist in some basic techniques.
