Come join us for an hour of open mat April 27th at 3pm and a short gospel message by a special guest Harold Wentworth at Crossview Community Church. Bring your Gi if you have one if not, there will be loners, bring water and always remember the unspoken rule...NO Shoes on the mats!

Never done BJJ no problem, doors open at 2:45, restrooms are available for changing, we will have a special instructor working to assist in some basic techniques.
