The women of Victory Outreach Heart of the Bay will be attending the first convention which takes place Monday, February 24 to Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

Registration is $230.00 for Early Bird which ends February 14th at 5PM PST (Transportation & Lodging NOT Included. Children are NOT Permitted.)
