Completing this registration form and submitting the $50 (per child) non-refundable registration fee is required for PEAK Summer Camp. Campers will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  

All payments must be made through the Mount App. Please be sure to keep a record of the confirmation number.  The weekly camp fee is $225 per week. 

The dates are 6/29/2026 to 8/21/2026 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. More information will be sent out by 5/29/2026.

Children are not required to attend every week and may select which weeks to attend. HOWEVER, in order to attend ANY WEEK the aforementioned registration fee MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 17TH.
