Hello friends!

Please save the date for Saturday, April 19, 2025 (the Saturday before Easter)...the Boardwalk ministry is ON!  

Twice a year, Galilee and friends gather on the Boardwalk wearing "How May I Pray for You" T-shirts as we offer prayer and refreshments to passersby. We typically encounter people from all walks of life, and it is a wonderful opportunity to connect and share our faith. Even if you have never prayed for anyone in person before, we encourage you to come out and see how we do it. 

What better time than Easter weekend to step out in faith to share the love of Christ with others. On Easter weekend we will take the ministry of prayer outside the church walls to the iconic Boardwalk... to lift up the needs of people, our city, and the world. 

(1) DATE: Saturday, April 19th @ 10am-12pm (Saturday BEFORE Easter)

(2) WHO: intergenerational involvement and people from other churches: kids, grandkids, parents, grandparents, etc. 

(3) WHAT DO WE NEED:

--FEET ON THE GROUND: teams to offer prayer and help others pray 

--INTERCESSION: intercessory prayer

--HOSPITALITY: people willing to organize refreshments (We always have youth! Bring your kids and grandkids, they are great ambassadors)

If you would like to be part of the Easter weekend team and/or if you feel moved to be an intercessor, we have a T-shirt for you.
