Overview


The purpose of this cohort is to educate and inform the community about mental health and available mental health resources. The team will provide structured weekly sessions, practical tools, and a resource guide to support participants’ overall wellness.

Format: 20-minute segment during service

Cohort Structure

    •    Start Date: Monday, April 27, 2026

    •    Format: Zoom

    •    Length: 1 hour per session

    •    Duration: 6 weeks (Every Monday)



Target Audience

    •    Sessions 1–3: All ages

    •    Sessions 4–6: 18 years and older

Resources & Support Materials

    •    The team will create a resource guide to accompany each session.

    •    Joshua will create a Mental Health & Wellness tab in the CWC app.

    •    Kenyal is currently accepting new clients.

    •    A free mindfulness app will be shared as an additional resource.
