We are so excited to invite you to VBS 2024. Our theme for this year is “Treasure Hunt” Every day, we will be learning about the greatest treasure of all…JESUS, and how we can share this treasure with others. This year, our Vacation Bible School program will include songs, skits, Bible stories, Crafts, Games, Snacks, and more! Please encourage friends to register now! Journey VBS staff is limited and is not able to provide individualized support for children. If your child needs additional support, a parent and/or support person is more than welcome to stay with them during our program. Please call the church office with any questions. * If your child has food allergies, you may bring their own labeled snack *

At Journey, we believe that kids are important to God, and they are important to us too! If your child needs extra support at VBS due to a developmental disability, we can help! For example, is it hard for your child to tolerate being splashed with water? Does it hurt his/her ears when other kids nearby are yelling or cheering? Does getting glue or something else sticky o n their skin cause an emotional reactions? We have experienced and trained VBS staff to help minimize these and other triggers. We also offer a sensory room, staffed by a certified teacher, where kids can come and reboot their systems if needed before rejoining their class.

Before VBS, we'll email your child a social story, including pictures, to help prepare the for each day at VBS.
