Men, we live in a culture that constantly pressures us to bend, bow, and blend in. It tells us to soften our convictions, overlook what God has called us to confront, and compromise our faith for the sake of comfort, acceptance, and convenience. But God has called men to something greater: to stand firm in His truth, walk in Godly character, and lead with unwavering conviction.
This year, the Encountered Men's Ministry invites you to Leading Without Compromise, a weekend dedicated to challenging and equipping men to faithfully follow Christ and lead according to the authority of God's Word.
Our time together will draw from the life of King Josiah in 2 Chronicles 34. In a time marked by spiritual decline, idolatry, and a nation that had turned away from God, Josiah chose a different path. He sought the Lord, tore down what was false, restored what had been neglected, and led the people back to the truth of God's Word.

This retreat is more than a weekend away. It is an opportunity to be refreshed, challenged, encouraged, and equipped alongside other men who desire to follow Christ faithfully and live with greater integrity and conviction.
