We've finished our look at the messages from the Lord to the seven churches, and now we move on to chapter four, where we begin to get a glimpse of our eternal home as believers - a place we call Heaven. The title of today's study is, appropriately enough, "A Glimpse Into Heaven". Do you have any concept whatsoever of the glory that awaits us when we get there? As much imagination as you or I might have, it's really impossible to comprehend! This message should help you gain some insights into that glorious place called Heaven.

On today's program we'll bring you the conclusion of a message Pastor Lloyd began yesterday, based on the fourth chapter of Revelation. The title of the message is "A Glimpse Into Heaven". That title should give you a good idea of what we're discovering here in chapter four. Can you imagine John's reaction when he was beckoned in his vision to come up to heaven for a guided tour!
The Worthy Lamb

Do you ever stop to imagine what Heaven will be like? Everybody has, and the concepts are as varied as the number of people. One very observant person said that "almost everybody is in favor of going to Heaven, but too many people are hoping they'll live long enough to see an easing of the entrance requirements!" That's certainly true, and what's also true is that there is only one requirement to gain entrance... and that's faith in Jesus Christ as Savior. So what's it going to be like? Let's find out.
Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse - Part 1
July 15, 2012 • Pastor Lloyd Pulley • Revelation 6:1–8
You've probably heard this phrase uttered at one time or another: "I've got good news and I've got bad news" We're studying a section of Revelation right now that definitely falls into the "bad news" category. In Revelation chapter six we see the arrival of the so-called four horsemen of the Apocalypse. The first two will bring war, the third will bring famine and the fourth will bring widespread death and destruction. That doesn't sound like much of a party does it? Well the good news for believers in Jesus Christ is that we won't be around to experience these terrible occurrences.

As we continue our look at Revelation chapter six, we're seeing a very dark and destructive period in the earth's history. The section we're looking at today can be described in one word: terror! The worst earthquake, the worst flood, the worst atomic explosion, none of them compare to what lies ahead for those who have rejected the Lord. Along with this bad news is the good news that we don't have to experience any of it, as long as we have given our lives over to Jesus Christ.
The Day of the Lord

Soon we'll be at the time of year when the leaves start to appear on trees, and the weather becomes warmer. Those are signs that spring is here and summer is not far away. There are also signs all around us that we are living in the last days before the return of Jesus Christ. What are those signs? Pastor Lloyd will share a few today, especially in the area of the attitude our culture has developed toward Christianity. Call yourself a Christian? You must be an intolerant bigot, right? That's pretty much where we are in the year 2013.
Sealed and Situated

If you're a sports fan, you know that when things are going badly for a team, the one thing the coach is likely to do is call a time out to regroup. As we move to chapter seven in our verse by verse study through Revelation today, that's exactly what we see - a time out. In chapter six we've seen the vision of coming death and destruction, and in chapter eight, another wave of judgment begins, but in chapter seven we have a break, and a question is asked. It's an important question- one who's answer has been debated for hundreds of years.

It's not much fun to study the terrible fate that awaits the earth during the tribulation, but we certainly need to see it and understand it for two very good reasons. First, it's part of God's word, and secondly, if we understand what will happen during this time of upheaval, it will certainly be an inspiration to us to avoid being around when it takes place!
Hell on Earth - Part 1
August 19, 2012 • Pastor Lloyd Pulley • Revelation 9:1–12
Our scripture text is in Revelation chapter nine as we continue our verse by verse study of the last book in the Bible. If you've read ahead, you know that we’re going to get a crash course in end times Entomology. Entomology is the study of insect life, but it's safe to say that no scientist has ever encountered the hoard of Locusts that will invade the earth as described in Revelation chapter nine. With a sting like a scorpion and teeth like a lion, they will cause suffering that is almost indescribably horrible.
