Mission Trip to England

Here is some information about the upcoming mission trip to England. We will be working with Windmill Community Church, Birmingham England; both Finchfield and Compton Campuses Their church website is: https://http://www.windmillcommunitychurch.org Pastor Andy Hodson Dates: April 14-22, 2025 We are looking to take a team of 6-8 People Lodging: The Mount Hotel Country Manor Flights in to London, trains to Birmingham; Leave church after Sunday services – train back to London for London tour day on Monday, return flight out on Tuesday. Projects: · Working with the activities of both campuses · Spiritual survey of communities around the churches – how can the church minister to them · Big Event – Good Friday event for community; people acting out biblical characters in costume; BBQ; giving out chocolate eggs · Helping Compton (church plant) with their Easter Outreach · Share personal stories · Evangelism with those we encounter · Engage in conversations as we are out surveying · Share faith when we get a chance · Pray with people as needed · Friendship evangelism Estimated cost per person: $2600 ($500 per person to be provided by Mount Carmel Missions) Church Activities to be a part of: Finchfield · Coffee Hub – come in for a chat and a cuppa · Windmill Community Crafters – crafts and chats · Sacred Bible Study · Little Windmills – parents and toddlers pray and stay group · Life Groups Compton: · Ramblers Well Being Walk · Little Windmills Parents and Toddlers Pray and Stay Group · Knit and Natter · Windmill Short Tennis – Pickleball · Coffee Community Coffee Lounge · Alpha Bible Course – introduces basics of the Christian faith For more information, please contact Kim Uhrich at http://gmail.com

The Art of Marriage Bible Study

Good Friday Worship Service

Christ on the Court

April 23, 2025 from 6:00 - 8:00pm CDT

This event is for all students grades 7-12. Christ on the Court is a city-wide collective worship event held at CHS Panther Arena. Drop off and pick up will be at Panther Arena. Due to all of our students being involved in this event, there will be no student events on Mount Carmel campus.

Mission Trip to Aledo, TX

April 25, 12:00pm - April 27, 2025 1:00pm CDT

We are going to Aledo, TX, to assist church planter Travis Young and Frontier Church on April 25-27. This team will be assisting in outreach activities in neighborhoods near the church, preparing for Preview Sunday, helping with Children's classes, and laying carpet. The cost of this trip will be determined by the number of participants but will cover food and lodging.

Gaither Vocal Band

April 26, 2025 from 3:30 - 10:00pm CDT

Our Senior Adult ministry is going to the Gaither Vocal Band concert on Saturday, April 26, at FBC Russellville. The vans will leave the church at 3:30 pm. A sack lunch will be provided. The cost is $30 per person. Limited tickets available.

The Edge Retreat is one of the most exciting events of the year for our middle school students! Camp Siloam is a summer church camp for kids who have completed grades 3-6. Super Summer Arkansas

June 21 - 28, 2025 CDT

Super Summer JV is for grades 7-8 students and will be June 21-24. Super Summer SS is for grades 9-12 students and will be June 24-28. The total cost per student IF REGISTERED BEFORE MARCH 31 is $250. The price will increase on April 1. This camp is held on the campus of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR.
