- Charter bus departs at 6:00 PM sharp
- Overnight drive to the Ark Encounter (bathroom on board)
🗓️ Wednesday, July 23 – Ark Encounter + Hotel + Service + Dinner
9:30 AM – Arrive at Ark Encounter
• 11:30 AM – Group lunch at the Ark (included in ticket)
• 12:30 PM – Depart Ark Encounter
• 3:30 PM – Check in to hotel / rest & freshen up for evening service
• 5:45 PM – Meet in the Lobby to leave for Opening Night Service
10:45 PM – Dinner at Steak ’n Shake
