This walk for women is a fun, social activity that promotes fitness and well-being. It’s a relaxed, supportive way to enjoy nature, get active, and connect with others.
As women we do for everyone else sometimes forgetting to invest in our own health and wellness, body, and spirit.
Bible Study Review and Fellowship Location: The Maze in the student building at Prosper Campus. When: Every 2nd Saturday
A faith-based fitness initiative focused on movement, health and worship. Held on the 2nd Saturday of each month in the Atrium from 10am - 12pm. - This experience will include Group workouts ranging from Christian line dancing, circuit training, and yoga.
A social and educational space for women to connect, grow and support one another. Held on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10am - 12pm. This experience will include small group discussions (prayer journaling), guest speakers for wellness talks (ex: medical / financial professionals) and life-skills sessions (ex: CPR training).
