Here are some important details:

Where:

· We recommend that you park at either the Church Office, Civic Center, or Church Building, and make your way to the big truck lot on the south end of Jim Clements Way (also known as N Wenas Rd).

· The Harvest truck will be at the staging area of Comet Lot (across the street from the Tree Top Little Green building).

· Reminder: You will not be able to drive on Jim Clements Way (the Road closes at 9 AM)

When:

·   Please be at the Harvest truck (parade lineup #78) by 9:30 AM.

·   Come early & give yourself extra time to park & walk.

·   The Parade starts at 10 AM.

What Do I need to bring?

· A Great Attitude and a Smile :-)

· A bag for carrying candy

· A water bottle, if it's hot

· Sunscreen - if you burn

· A jacket/sweatshirt - if it's cool that day

Pick up your Harvest t-shirt at the truck on Saturday. *(The new design is light blue).

Parade Essentials:

We will have half our crew walking on each side of the truck. Please do not go ahead of the truck or interfere with other parade participants. Be generous when handing out candy and try to bless as many people as possible along the route. At the Conclusion of the Parade route, you are free to watch the rest of the Parade, walk back to your vehicle, or revel in small-town America...Have fun, walk, wave, hand out VBS Flyers and candy (please, no throwing).
