Susie Hess leads a Christian-centered experience offering participants a chance to honor God through yoga practice. The classes at LNPC are a gentle flow, laced with Christian music and scripture readings. They are weekly on Thursdays at 4:00 pm (Chair) and 5:15 pm in Gard Hall or on the Lawn. Suggested donation of $5/class goes to the Missions Ministry at LNPC. All are welcome! (Classes are held indoors in inclement weather.)
