Once we do, this is where we begin to experience God's power and presence in ways we never could had we just stayed on the shore.

To join God in His work in the world, we have to make adjustments to our life, habits and thinking. Often times that adjustments we make are going to look like inconveniences or impractical. But looking at the relationship Jesus had with his Father, we can see that each adjustment leads us to where God wants us to be.

Surrendering Self

We can't follow Jesus and remain where we are. We can't be filled with God and while we are full of ourselves. As we surrender to God's leading and lay down our lives we will find true life and experience God.
