In the great scene, where Abraham is called to sacrifice his son Isaac, we see a picture of Gospel freedom. Like Isaac, God's Son, like Isaac was bound. But, unlike Isaac, God did not allow Jesus to walk away free, because in that event, He was purchasing our freedom.

There we learn that Jesus will not only be born of a virgin, but He will also bring about world-wide dominion and blessings. Join us as we consider how Christ inherits and will bring about the blessings of Abraham (Gen. 12:1-3) by being the true seed of Abraham (Gal. 3:16).
